Three things this does NOT change:

Your price. You pay exactly what the platform charges: the commission comes out of their margin, not your pocket.

Our selection. Stays make the list by clearing our selection bar: verified pool, 8.0+ rating from 50+ guests. No property can pay to be listed, and commission rates play no role in which stays appear or how they're ordered.

Our honesty. If a pool is small, seasonal, or shared, we say so: a commission is worth less than your trust.
