stayswithpool is a filter, not a search engine. The big booking platforms list everything; we list only the stays that clear a specific bar. Here it is, in full.

The pool is verified

We confirm every pool in the property's official facilities list: not its marketing copy, not its photos alone. That includes the details that actually matter for your trip: is it private or shared, heated and to what temperature, indoor or outdoor, open year-round or seasonal. Each stay shows the date we last checked.

Guests agree it's great

Minimum rating of 8.0 from at least 50 reviews on Booking.com. We re-check ratings on a rolling basis, and if a stay drops below the bar, it comes off the site. The score you see is exact; review counts are rounded once they pass 100.

You book direct, at the platform's price

Every stay links straight to Booking.com, Expedia, Vrbo and other platforms where it's listed. You pay their price: we add no markup and charge no fees. Some links earn us a commission from the platform, at no cost to you: that's how the site stays free. The commission never influences which stays make the list: the bar above does.

What we don't do

We don't show live prices (they change hourly; check the platform for today's rate). We don't accept payment for placement. We don't list a stay "because it's close to qualifying": here's the thing: a wrong recommendation costs your trust, and trust is the entire product.
